Who we are

This website is run by Judemtech Enterprises (trading as JUDEMTECH), CAC Reg. No. 7961945, 23 Platinum Plaza, Ola Ayeni Street, Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us about privacy at info@judemtech.com.ng.

What we collect

• When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or Instagram: your name, phone number or account name, and what you tell us — for example the product you want, or your address and site details for an installation.
• When you buy from us: the details needed for your invoice, any installation, and warranty support.
• When you visit this website: we do not use contact forms, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and shows us only overall visit numbers.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and send quotes.
• To supply, install, repair and maintain products you buy from us.
• To provide warranty and after-sales support.
• To keep sales and tax records required by law.
• To keep our website secure and understand how it is used.

We rely on your consent, on the need to carry out our agreement with you, on our legal obligations and on our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business, as permitted by the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — such as WhatsApp (Meta), our email provider and Cloudflare — and with authorities where the law requires it. Messages you send through WhatsApp or Instagram are also handled by those services under their own privacy policies. Some of these providers may store data outside Nigeria; where that happens we rely on the safeguards the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to help you, and keep sales, warranty and tax records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• delete your data, or stop or limit how we use it, where the law allows;
• withdraw consent you have given at any time.

Email info@judemtech.com.ng and we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
